With the win over Zagreb to the top of MEVZA

ACH Volley Ljubljana hosted Zagreb in the MEVZA Cup in Tivoli. The match, with which the Dragons secured the first place in the standings, ended 3:0 in favour of the hosts.
The first set was mostly one-way traffic. Ropret's ace gave the hosts an 11:7 lead, and Vučićević's attack gave the Dragons a 19:12 lead. The set, which ended after just 19 minutes, went to the Dragons (25:16) after Okroglić's finish.
The second set was even more expressive than the first. Toukhteh had a series of good initial shots and three consecutive aces gave the Ljubljana team a 10:2 lead. After 17 minutes, Vućićević's ace gave the Dragons their first final ball (24:11) and they took advantage of it (25:11) after an attacking error by the guests.
In the third set, the Zagreb players offered the most resistance to the hosts. Vučićević finished for 6:2, but an unstoppable opening shot brought the guests to within two points (12:10). The Slovenian champions continued their impressive play and won 25:21.
